Ingredients: 1 Can(s) Whole tomatoes (1 lb.) 1/2 Cup(s) Celery, chopped 1/4 Cup(s) Green peppers, diced 1/4 Cup(s) Onion, chopped 3 Tablespoon(s) Butter 3/4 Pound(s) Shrimp, cleaned-split 1 Teaspoon(s) Sugar 1/8 Teaspoon(s) Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt 1 Bay leaf 1 Sprig parsley 1/4 Teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce 1 1/3 Cup(s) Minute Rice |
Directions: Drain tomatoes, measuring liquid. Add water to liquid to make 1 1/3 cups. Saute celery, green pepper and onion in butter until lightly browned. Add shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink. Add liquid, tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf, parsley, Worcestershire sauce. Cover and let simmer 3 minutes. Stir in Minute Rice. Cover and simmen an additional 5 minutes. Remove bay leaf and parsley before serving. Sprinkle with fine chopped parsley as garnish.

* A cold pasta dish -- This salad is quick and easy. It's best if made
several hours Chicken creole Spray a deep skillet with nonstick spray coating. Preheat pan over
high heat. Cook chicken strips in hot skillet, stirring for 3 to 5
minutes, or until no longer pink.
Reduce heat. Add tomatoes and their juice, chili sauce, green pepper,
