Ingredients:
1/2 Pound(s) Shrimp, cleaned
2 Tablespoon(s) Butter
1 1/2 Cup(s) Water
10 Ounce(s) pkg. green peas
1 Package(s) Chicken&Herb Flavor seasonin
1 1/2 Cup(s) Rice
4 Ounce(s) Cooked ham
1/2 Cup(s) Sliced ripe olives
2 Tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
1 Cup(s) Halved cherry tomatoes
Directions: Saute shrimp in melted butter,2 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.Add water,peas and seasoning mix.Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice and remaining ingredients.Cover,remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.Fluff with fork.Makes 4 servings.
