Skillet Dinner



Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Hamburger
1 Onion; chopped
1 Green pepper; chopped
1 Cup(s) Celery; sliced
1 Cup(s) Frozen corn
1 Mushroom (4oz. can) pieces
1 Cup(s) Frozen peas
1 Cup(s) Sliced zucchini
1 Cup(s) Broccoli florets
2 Cup(s) Rice
3 1/2 Cup(s) Water
Directions: In a large skillet, brown the hamburger and the onion. Drain off any fat Add the remaining ingredients, except the water, and mix well. Allow to cool and place in a freezer container and freeze. To prepare, thaw over night in the refrigerator. Place in a large skillet over high heat. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with a salad.
