Almond spice cookies * firmly packed ** (2 1/2 - 3 cups)
These cookies go well with after dinner coffee or tea.
In a bowl, sift together the flour, cinnamon, ginger, salt and
baking soda and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream the butter. Add the coffee, almond extract,
granula Spritz cookies Mix in order given:
1 cup real butter
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 t. vanilla
? t. almond
Food coloring
2 cups flour
Place dough in the spritz maker.
Squeeze onto an ungreased pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.
Remove immediately from cookie sheet.

baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside. Whisk together flour,
baking soda, cornmeal and salt in a medium bowl.
