Skillet Beans and Rice



Ingredients:
3/4 Cup(s) Long grain rice; cooked
1 Red bell pepper; cubed
1 Green bell pepper; cubed
1 medium Onion; chopped
1 Can(s) (15-oz) black beans
1 Can(s) (15-oz) kidney beans
1 Can(s) (15-oz) pinto beans
1 Can(s) (15-oz) Cannelini
1 Can(s) (small) tomatoes
1/2 Cup(s) Barbecue sauce
Directions: Saute peppers and onions in water until tender. Drain and rinse beans and add to skillet, along with tomatoes, barbecue sauce and 1 cup water. Cook a minimum of 15 minutes, up to 2 hours to meld flavors. Add rice on top.
