24-hour fruit salad Drain pineapple and dissolve orange juice in pineapple juice. Mix in juice instant pudding, sliced bananas, pears, apricots and peaches (in bite sizes.) Add drained oranges and pineapple. Mix and let stand for 24 hours in refrigerator.
Kiwi fruit gelato Combine water, sugar and corn syrup in saucepan. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Puree kiwi in food processor or blender to equal 3/4 cup puree. Melt butter in top of double boiler, add flour, sugar and sherry, mix

stir together the apricot preserves, sour cream, and cinnamon. Cover and

Granma's fruit cookies Cream sugar and shortening. Add Sorghum and eggs. Sift dry ingredients
together and add. Add raisin-date, nutsand coconut last. Roll and cut with
a cooky cutter. Bake in 375 oven for 12 - 15 minutes - depending on
thickness of cookies, of course. Old fashioned fruit punch Combine tea, juices, orange slices and sugar. Stir until the sugar
dissolves. Chill. Add ginger ale and soda just before serving. Garnish
with fresh mint.

Almond-snow fruit boats Sprinkle bananas, apples and pears with fresh lemon juice. Cut pineapples
in half. Using curved serrated knife, hollow out pineapple halves, leaving
1/2" shell (reserve shells and all juice). Discard core. Cut pineapple into

For braids, mix cream cheese, sugar and almond extract.
Separate egg; reserve egg white.
Add egg yolk to cream cheese mixture, mixing until smooth.
