In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook until translucent and beginning to brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Add rice, beans, thyme, garlic powder, hot pepper sauc Hamburger rice Cook rice and brown ground beef. Mix both into 9x13 dish. Add the Soup and milk and mix. Add green peas. Salt and Pepper to taste. Top with 1-2 cups cheese.
