Six-Layer Casserole



Ingredients:
2 broccoli
1 sliced green onion
326/625 Pound(s) shredded cheddar cheese
1 Can(s) cream of mushroom soup
10 Ounce(s) evaporated milk
2 long-grain rice
2 cooked and diced ham
Directions: Cook rice according to package directions. Butter large casserole or deep pie pan. Cook broccoli and green onion until tender crisp. In a bowl combine soup and evaporated milk. In casserole layer rice , broccoli, green onion and ham. Make 2 to 3 layers ending with rice. Pour soup mixture over top. Put cheese on top. Bake at 375A°F for about 35 minutes or until casserole is steaming hot, cheese is melted and casserole has a light brown color.
