etc.). Also good with shrimp, fish, crab and crawfish tails.
Pour beer in flour until thin mixture. Add 1 beaten egg,
Worcestershire, and mustard. Dip vegetable or fish in batte Karotten in bier gedunstet (carrots in beer) Peel and slice carrots into long, thin slices. Melt butter in medium-size
frypan; add beer and carrots. Cook slowly until tender, stirring

Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients except sour cream and cheese. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cov 24 hour salad Place lettuce on bottom of large dish. Place rest of ingredients in layers
as listed. Top with bacon bits and croutons. Cover; refrigerate for 24
hours.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
24-hour dip Combine all in bowl and mix thoroughly. Regrigerate for 24 hours. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.

enough beer over them to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and
simmer for 20 minutes or until tender. Add more beer if needed, as
liquid evaporates. Drain; add salt and butter. Beer-batter onion rings MIX THE FLOUR, SALT, PEPPER, oil and yolks together. Gradually whisk
in the beer. Refrigerate the batter 3 1/2 hours to rest before using.
Slice onions, and dip them in the batter. Deep-fry in 375F oil until
golden brown.
This batter also works 24-hour strawberry dessert Sprinkle strawberries with sugar and let stand 10 min. Fold marshmal- lows
and sour cream into strawberry mixture. Add salt and mix gently. Place in
a covered container and store in refrigerator overnight. To serve, spoon
into individual serv 24-hour cheese cake Dissolve jello in water; let cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
Beat milk till thick and foamy. Fold cooled jello, cheese mixture, and
whipped milk thoroughly and pour into graham cracker crust. Chill 24
