Sirloin with Bason-Dijon Sauce

Ingredients: 4 Slice(s) 1/2-inch cut bacon 1/2 chopped fresh or 1/8 tsp dried thyme 1 3/4-inch thick boneless sirloin steak 1/2 beef broth 2 dijon mustard 1/2 peppered seasoned salt |
Directions: Cook bacon in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Reserve 1 tablespoon bacon fat in skillet.
Cut beef into 4 serving pieces. Sprinkle with seasoned salt on both sides. Cook beef in bacon fat in skillet over medium heat about 6 minutes, turning once, until desired doneness. Remove beef from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Mix broth, mustard, thyme and onions in skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring occassionally, until slightly thickened. Serve sauce over beef. Sprinkle with bacon.

Alfredo sauce (ovo lacto) Combine all ingredients except for the starch, cheese and water and put
into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Blend together the arrowroot and cold
water then add slowly to the sauce, stirring constantly. Let sauce simmer
for 2 minutes. Remove fr Favorite chili sauce * Peppers should be seeded and chopped.

Scald, peel, core, and quarter the tomatoes. Squeeze out the seeds and
excess juice and finely chop the pulp. Put the pulp in a large k Chicken chunks with peanuts in spicy sauce Trim ends off green onions and cut light green and white part into 1" sections. Mix all other sauce ingredients in 2-quart saucepan.
Reserve.

Pennsylvania sweet potatoes in tangy sauce Place sweet potatoes in a large kettle and add water to cover. Cook
over medium heat until barely tender; drain. Peel and cut potatoes
into fourths. Arrange in a medium size casserole. Preheat oven to
350F. While potatoes are cooking, combine su Fettucine with creamy tomato-and-sausage sauce Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium-high heat. Add shallots and garlic
and saut until beginning to soften, about 3 minutes. Add sausages and
saut until no longer pink, breaking up with back of fork, about 5 minutes.
Add cream; simmer
5 minutes. Add to Wine & pepper cream sauce Melt butter in a skillet. Add shallots and cook gently 3 minutes. Add
brandy to pan and allow to heat through for a few seconds, then
flame. When flames subside, add wine to shallots.
Stir in stock and peppercorns and boil rapidly 2-3 minutes o Chocolate sauce (all) Insert metal blade.
Pulse chop chocolate and sugar 5 times, then process until finely chopped,
about
1 minute.
While machine is running, pour boiling water through feed tube and process
until
