Directions: 1. Slice squash 3cm thick. Smother each slice with mayo and put into a greased pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice, add the leftover mayo or cream. Sprinkle well with cheese, seeds or nuts, add salt and/or pepper to taste.
2. Bake 20-25 min at 400F.
Comments: Easy and pleasant side-dish to any meat. The recipe is a bit off with measurements so use the recipe with discretion. I just dipped each slice in mayo. I had 3 rows of zuccini of the 1 veg.
