Directions: Place the cocoa and sugars in a medium bowl; stir together. Add the whole milk and use a hand mixer on low speed. Mix until the cocoa and sugars are dissolved (about 1 to 2 minutes). Add in the heavy cream and vanilla. Pour mixture into the freezer bowl. Mix for about 20 minutes or until mixtures is soft and creamy.
