Sicilian Meat Roll



Ingredients:
2 egg
3/4 bread crumbs
1 Ounce(s) parsley flakes
8 Pound(s) ham
3 Ounce(s) mozzarella slices
2 Pound(s) ground beef
4 Ounce(s) plus 2 T. ketchup
1/12 Ounce(s) oregano
12 Ounce(s) grated mozzarella grated cheese
163/2500 Pound(s) brown sugar
1/12 Ounce(s) dry mustard
Directions: Combine hamburger,eggs, bread crumbs, catsup, parsley, oregano, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper; mix well. On large sheet of foil, pat meat mixture into a 12x10 in. rectangle. Arrange ham slices, pepperoni and mushrooms on top. Top with shredded cheese. Starting from short end, carefully roll up meat using foil to lift. Seal edges and ends. Place seam side down in 9x 13-inch baking dish. Put topping on. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Halve cheese slices diagonally. Place on meat roll; return to oven to melt.
