Directions: Prepare the shrimp as directed and set aside. In a small bowl, combine the hot sauce, brown sugar and Worcestershire. Stir well.
Heat a wok or heavy skillet over a medium-high flame. Have all ingredients close at hand. Add oil, then just before it begins to smoke, add the garlic. Stir for 10 to 15 seconds, then add the shrimp. Stir-fry until pink and firm, about 1 minute.
Pour hot sauce mixture into the wok, stir briefly, then add the orange juice. Cook and stir until liquid boils. Stir in cornstarch and
continue to stir gently until sauce thickens. Serve at once over rice.
