Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms



Ingredients:
1/4 Cup(s) Minced green onions
1/4 Cup(s) Minced celery
1/4 Cup(s) Butter
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Cayenne pepper
1/2 Pound(s) Raw shrimp, deveined,chopped
1 Egg
1/4 Cup(s) Mayonnaise
5 Slice(s) Bread, crusts removed
1/4 Pound(s) Fresh mushrooms, stemmed
Directions: Saute onion and celery in butter until soft. Add salt, cayenne pepper and chopped shrimp; saute until pink. Remove from heat. In a bowl, whip the egg and mayonnaise together. Cut bread into small pieces. Combine all the ingredients and fill mushrooms. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 400F degrees for 10 minutes.
