Sauce for barbeque chicken *** judy/nc Although here in Eastern N.C. tomato based barbeque sauce is next to
heresy, I have used this recipe for barbeque chicken for many years. It
only takes 5 minutes to cook. Combine ingredients in saucepan. Cook and
stir occasionally over low heat Cauliflower with dijon sauce 1. Place cauliflower florets in a large glass bowl or casserole dish, and cover with plastic wrap. Poke a few holes in the plastic with a knife. Cook in the microwave for 5 to 7 minutes, or until tender.
2. In a cup or small bowl, stir together the mayonn Lobster pasta with herbed cream sauce Bring very large pot of salted water to boil. Add lobsters. Boil until
cooked through, about 12 minutes (or cook in batches, if necessary). Using
tongs, transfer lobsters to large rimmed baking sheet. Remove meat from
tail and claws; place meat in medium Chicken chunks with peanuts in spicy sauce Trim ends off green onions and cut light green and white part into 1" sections. Mix all other sauce ingredients in 2-quart saucepan.

salt and onion. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave, on medium

Steamed artichokes with orange aioli dipping sauce Recipe by: Donald Cope, Doubletree Hotel, Monterey Prepare artichokes
in the following manner: Discard lower leaves and stems and steam
upright 30-45 minutes or until base can be pierced with a sharp
knife. Drain inverted and chill. Make aioli by Classic red chile sauce Arrange chiles on baking pan sheet and place in a 200 F oven for 5
minutes or until the chiles smell like they are toasted. Remove the
stems and seeds.

Double dark chocolate cake with white chocolate sauce Preheat oven to 350 F.
To prepare cake, cut a round of wax paper or parchment to fit the bottom of
a 9-inch round cake pan. Butter the pan, fit in the paper, and then butter
it. Coat the pan with flour, tapping out the excess.
Bring the cream to a Tartar sauce mix the above well and chill at least 2 hours.
