Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup(s) Sliced zucchini
2 Cup(s) Thinly sliced red bell
1/2 Cube butter
1 1/2 Pound(s) Large shrimp, sliced,drained
1 Cup(s) Sliced mushrooms
1/2 Cup(s) Thinly sliced green onion
2 Buttons minced garlic
1/2 Cup(s) Heavy cream
1/2 Cup(s) Fish stock
3 Ounce(s) White wine
1 1/2 Cup(s) Mozzarella cheese
Directions: Steam zucchini, broccoli and red pepper until tender but crisp. Melt butter in saute pan. Add shrimp, onions, garlic and mushrooms. Saute until shrimp are pink. Add cream and stock, place in a baking dish. Add vegetables and wine. Cover with cheese and place under boiler until melted. Serve.
