Shredded Brussels Sprouts



Ingredients:
1 balsamic vinegar; to taste
1 salt & freshly ground pepper; to taste
4 Tablespoon(s) (1/2 stick) butter
1 Pound(s) trimmed of stems & outer lea brussels sprouts
1 grated parmesan
Directions: In a food processor shred sprouts. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add sprouts and saute until tender but still crisp. Add balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
