Directions: Melt sugar, margarine, cocoa, shortening and water in medium sauce pan over low heat. At boil, pour over 2 c. flour. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla. Mix, but not too smoothly. Pour into greased and floured 13" x 9" x 2" at 400F for 20-25 minutes.
