Directions: 1. Cut up all ingredients. This includes peppers, onion, mushrooms, cabbage, steak.
2. Add 1 tbs vegetable oil to wok. heat wok for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add strips of steak to wok, stir. When cooked drain fat.
4. Add 1 tbs vegetable oil to wok, then add red peppers. Let cook, then add red onion. Next mushrooms and finally cabbage/lettuce.
5. Cook soba noods 10-15 minutes in boiling water or until tender (soggy). Drain.
6. Add noodles and oyster sauce to work, stir on medium heat for 1 minute.
Note: if chinese cabbage is not available a lettuce may be used such as romain (do not use green or red leaf).

Chow mein (two sides brown noodles) Put the mushrooms in a small bowl and pour boiling water over them.
Let soak for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles in a large quantity of boiling water for
3 1/2 to 5 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water, drain again, toss
with a little s Cold sesame noodles Boil noodles until done, then rinse with cold water. Mix peanut butter with tea until dissolved. Add soy sauce, chili and sesame oils, vinegar, sugar and garlic; mix and pour over noodles. Top with cabbage, carrots, sesame seeds and scallions.

Toss noodles with butter and parsley. Top with creamed chicken and

Creamy ramen noodles Bring water to boil in a small sauce pan. Add dried noodles and cook 3 minutes, or until noodles are tender. Stir occasionally. Drain away water. Return noodles to sauce pan. Add butter, milk and contents of seasoning packet. If your tastes desire, you ma Chinese noodles with pork Saute pork in vegetable oil until no longer pink. Add to cooked pasta. Combine all other ingredients and toss with pasta.
Chow mein noodles (chocolate) Melt all chips over low heat. Mix noodles, nuts and coconut in a large
bowl. Add melted chips and mix well. Spoon into wax papered 8X8" pan.
Chill to harden before cutting. Keep cool
Spicy peanut noodles w/shrimp Peanut Sauce
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
