Coca-cola barbecued chicken 1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry.
3. Combine flour and 2 teaspoons salt.
4. Coat chicken with seasoned flour.
5. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
6. Brown pieces on all sides in hot oil, drain on paper towels.

between sheets of waxed paper to 1/2-inch thickness. Season with
salt and pepper. Dust with flour mixture, shaking off excess.
