Sesame Tofu



Ingredients:
4/23 Ounce(s) wasabi
-1 Ounce(s) water
1 Ounce(s) salt
215/1951 Pound(s) kudzu powder
5 85/292 Ounce(s) white sesame seed paste
Directions: In a pot, mix water, salt and kudzu powder. Add the sesame paste and mix. At medium heat, constantly mix with a wooden spatula until mixture thickens. Lower heat. Continue cooking and mixing until "shiny". Pour into a square pan. Let it cool at room temperature. Cut into squares and server with a small amount of wasabi on top. Note: Kudzu becomes hard once it is put in the refrigerator, it is advised to leave it at room temperature.
