Roasted new potato salad with basil vinaigrette Roasted New Potato Salad

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt and
pepper, cover and roast until tender (35-40 minutes). Let cool. While
potatoes roast, cook beans in Pasta shells with lemon vinaigrette GARNISH: Sliced almonds, cherry tomatoes, lemon wedges, fresh basil leaves or fresh parley sprigs, or sauteed pine nuts, and Parmesan cheese, optional. Combine ingredients according to manufacturer's directions. For

a shallow dish and pour marinade over to completely coat. Transfer to

This is a combination of sourdough and whole wheat, enhanced with the
