Sesame Kale



Ingredients:
2 Pound(s) garlic
1 kale
2/3 Tablespoon(s) sesame oil
1/8 Cup(s) water
1/6 Ounce(s) soy sauce
2/3 Tablespoon(s) sesame seeds
Directions: Mince garlic cloves. Rinse Kale, remove stems and tear into bite bite-size pieces. Heat the sesame seed oil in the skillet over mediium-low heat. Add the minced garlic to the hot oil and saute for 20 seconds. Add the kale and water to the garlic and oil and cover skillet. After 1 minute, stir the kale then recover. After 1-2 minutes, when kale is wilted, stir in the soy sauce and sesame seeds.
