Directions: Preheat the over to 350. In a shallow bowl, combine the egg, canola oil, sesame oil, water, soy sauce, salt and pepper. In a small bowl, combine the oat bran and sesame seeds. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then dredge in the bran mixture. Place the chicken in a 11x7 nonstick baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and a thermometer inserted in the center of a piece registers 170 F and the juices run clear.
