slices on a round serving plate.
Using a sharp knife, Chop the green chili. Scatter the chopped
chili over the cucumber.
To make the dressing, mix together the cilantro, lemon Super-orange jello salad Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add frozen orange juice concentrate and stir until dissolved. Let cool in refrigerator until slightly thickened.
Stir in mandarin oranges and pineapple and chill until firm.
Topping:
Blend pudding mix and milk together. Artichoke-rice salad Combine oil, lemon peel, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic. set aside.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Mix rice, green onions, parsley, bell pepper, and artichoke hearts. Toss
with vinaigrette. cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours Broccoli-tomato salad Combine the broccoli, tomatoes, onion and olives in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to mix.
Add the feta cheese and toss again.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Greek chicken salad Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, oregano, and garlic in a small bowl. Pour over chicken mixture; toss well.
Cover and chill 2 hours.
Line each pita half with a lettuce leaf, and fill with 1/2 cup chicken salad.
"cock 'n bull" stew Combine steak sauce, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, sugar and hot water in
crock pot; stir well. Add remaining ingredients except flour; mix
carefully. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7 to 10 hours; on high setting
for 4 hours. Before serving, re Sesame soba salad Cook the noodles, breaking in half.
Toss the noodles with the scallions, bean sprouts and radishes.
Place the tahini, soy sauce, mirin, vinegar, sesame oil, and cayenne pepper
in blender and process until smooth. If the dressing is sticky, add a T
or 2 o Mediterranean bean salad with cheese 1. Rinse, dry and chop spinach, tomato and bell pepper.

Poppy Seed Dressing: Combine first 7 ingredients in container of electric
blender; blend well. Slowly add 3/4 cup v Orange wakame salad Soak wakame in 2 cups of hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and add
remaining ingredients. Chill and serve.

Chill overnight.
Garden vegetable pita bread salad Beat olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
Add remaining ingredients just before serving. Toss lightly.

of a pound. ** You should use 1 6-oz package of diced mixed

Sprinkle cucumber generously with salt; cover and let stand 30 minutes.

Combine carrot, beans, and peas in a medium saucepna; cover with water,

and cinnamon. Add the pears and toss well. Spread the pear mixture on a
baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20 minutes, toss them once halfway
through.

greased 8" square baking dish; top with potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees
for 20 to 25 minutes.
