Directions: Whisk together honey and vinegar in a medium bowl; season with salt and
pepper. Whisking constantly, pour in oil in a slow, steady stream; whisk
until emulsified. Stir in onion, garlic, olives, orange, and parsley; set
aside.
Season steak all over with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Coat a 12-inch
seasoned cast-iron skillet with a thin layer of oil; heat over medium-high
heat until very hot. Sear steak, turning once, 6-8 miutes per side for
medium rare. Transfer to a plate, and tent with foil; let stand 10 minutes
before slicing.
To serve, cut steak against the grain into 1/4 inch thick slices, and
arrange on a platter. Spoon relish on top; garnish with parsley sprigs.

zest from lemon and set aside. Brush steaks with about 1 Tbsp. oil, season
with pepper and rub both sides with zested lemon. Set steaks aside for 30
minutes.
2. Meanwhile Artichoke olive spread Drain and finely chop the artichokes. Stir together artichoke, celery,
red pepper, olives, basil, and mayonnaise in a medium-size bowl until
combined. Scrape into serving. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and
refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
The Antipasto steak salad Heat coals or gas grill. Sprinkle beef with pepper. Cover and grill beef 4
to 6 inches from medium heat 15 to 18 minutes for medium doneness, turning
once. Cut beef across grain into thin slices.

mallet or back of a knife until thin and all ratty looking. Beat the
eggs with a little water.
Mix the flour, salt, pepper, and about 1 1/2 t of tenderizer together.

place on a lightly greased rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat

Grilled ham steak combine the first 7 ingredients. pour 1 1/2 cups into a large resealable plastic bag, add ham steaks. seal bag and turn to coat. refrigerate for 2 hours. cover and regrigerate remianing marinade for basting.

George fassett's steak sauce "Here's a very quick and easy steak sauce, mimicking A-1 sauce..I've
never measured any of it, just put it together....
Take all ingredients and put it in a cup and mix well. You can vary
the flavour you like the best, or jazz it Daikon steak Slice along the daikon radish every 3/4 inches, resulting in circular pieces.
Peel the skin off the daikon.
