Ingredients:
1/4 chopped for color -orange or red red bell pepper
1/3 broken 1/2 inch chunks feta cheese
3/4 grated asiago cheese
1 1/2 fake - for looks and texture crab meat
3/4 fresh cooked cut up shrimp
3 egg
Directions: Combine ingredients except eggs and reserve 1/4 cup of the cheese. Lightly beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Coat ingredients with egg and season with salt & pepper. Lightly grease a 8" casserole and add mixture. Cook at 325F for 35-45 minutes until middle is no longer liquid. Quiche will rise slightly so let cool slowly to prevent falling. Before serving add the cheese you reserved and sprinkle fresh ground pepper. Quiche should be served quite warm but not piping hot. Notes: You may substitute a combination of swiss and parmesan for the sweetness and sharpness.

Comments: This quiche uses asiago cheese which compliments the sweet crab and other seafood. Low Carbs!

Broccoli and Asparagus Quiche
1 Ounce(s) to taste salt
1/4 chopped orange or yellow red bell pepper

3/4 grated cheddar cheese old
2 chopped green onion
1/4 chopped white onion
1/2 chopped celery
1 1inch lengths asparagus
1 raw small pieces broccoli

Directions:

pepper. Lightly grease a 8" casserole and add mixture.
Cook at 325F for 35-45 minutes until middle is no longer liquid. Quiche will rise slightly so let cool slowly to prevent falling. Before serving add the cheese and green onions you reserved and sprinkle fresh ground pepper.
Quiche should be served quite warm but not piping hot.

This is really a basic recipe for Quiche that has worked for me. Try your own variations.
