Sea Bass with Spinach Basil & Almonds



Ingredients:
1/5 Ounce(s) olive oil
5 Ounce(s) bass chilean
1/2 Ounce(s) almonds
1 Ounce(s) spinach
1/5 basil fresh
1/100 Ounce(s) salt kosher
1/100 Ounce(s) black pepper ground
1/100 Ounce(s) chili flakes
Directions: Season fish. Place pan over high heat. When pan is hot add oil. When oil is smoking, carefully place fish in pan. Sear one side golden. Flip over and push to one side of pan. Crush almonds lightly and place in pan. Add spinach, torn basil leaves, salt, pepper and chili flakes. Saute until just wilted. Place on plate. Check fish and place on top. Serve with lemon.
