Swedish meatballs #2 Soak bread crumbs in milk until softened. Add onion to 1 Tbsp butter
in small saucepan and cook slowly 3 minutes. Mix softened bread,
cooked onion and meat. Add eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and paprika.
Mix thoroughly until very smooth and light. Afghan kofta (meatballs) 1 md Onion, finely minced

Knead together the beef, onion, pepper, garlic and salt and pepper. Let

parts.
In a small bowl combine the turkey, chopped onion, and egg white. Take
about 1 Tbls of the mixture and form into 1-inch balls. Set aside. In a

~---------------------------------------------- Stu's meatballs The meatball dish is really simple. It is also quite forgiving if you make modifications to the amount of ingredients.
I usually use a package of hamburger (medium fat or lean), larger, but not the family pack. It is the standard size in Loblaws. For a lo Paniola meatballs Combine all ingredients except barbecue sauce; mix well. Shape into
meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Bake meatballs for 20
minutes at 350F degrees or microwave for 10 minutes at high
power. Meatballs may be made ahead and frozen. Reheat Keftedes tiganites (fried greek "meatballs") *Note: Bread slices should be soaked in water, then squeezed dry. *Ground
cinnamon or corriander may be substituted for allspice if desired.
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat with the onion, garlic, bread,

Spicy meatballs Make the sesame dip: Whisk together all the dip ingredients and set aside.
Combine the beef, onion, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, tomato paste, paprika,
cilantro, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Using your hands roll mixture into
little meatballs.
Heat Herbed meatballs Mix the beef, eggs, basil, cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper in medium bowl until well blended.

Vietnamese meatballs on a stick Place all the ingredients in an electric mixer and blend until very smooth.
Mold all of the meat mixture into walnut-size meatballs and place on metal
or bamboo skewers. Broil in the oven turning once, or on the charcoal

2 onions, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 t dried oregano leaves
1 t salt
1/2 t cracked black peppercorns
1 cinnamon stick piece, about 5cm length
1 can tomatoes, 28oz/796 ml
2 T lemon juice
1. Meatballs: In a bowl, stir rice into 4 Baked italian-style meatballs PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
SHAPE into 24 meatballs, using about 1/4 cup of the meat mixture for each meatball. Place in single layer in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pans.
BAKE 20 min. or until cooked through.
Meatballs with spinach 1. In a bowl, mix together the two meats, spinach, egg, bread crumbs and salt. Roll about a tablespoon amount of meat to form a ball, toss in the flour. Do this to form all the meatballs then fry gently until browned.
2. To make the sauce: saute the vege Meatballs & spaghetti sauce Form meat into 1 inch meatballs. Add to cooking spaghetti sauce.
Heat oil in a large saucpan set over medium heat. Add onions and garlic.

Turkey meatballs Mix all ingredients really well; adding breadcrumbs if mixture is too wet.
Using a scoop to measure; saute meatballs until browned.
Put in a large sauce pan and cover with chunky tomato sauce or marinara and
bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
Sweet & sour meatballs (chat) Mix turkey mince with breadcrumbs, chopped onion, Chinese Five Spice and
seasoning. Make into 16 balls.
Heat oil in a pan, then add onion and saute until starting to soften. Stir
in carrots and green pepper, and cook for 2 minutes.
Add stock, ketchup, dem Italian meatballs in a basket Lightly shape ground beef into 1 1/2-inch balls. Lightly brown balls in
margarine in large frying-pan, about 5 minutes. Add the green pepper and

Blend with hands and shape into 20 meatballs. Arrange meatballs in 10"
glass pie plate. Cover loosely with wax paper. Microwave 4 to 5 minutes,
re-arranging meatba Sauerbraten klopse (sauerbraten meatballs) Mix beef, milk, crumbs, cloves, allspice, salt and pepper. Form into
meatballs. Brown meatballs in hot oil. Drain off fat. Add 1 cup water,
vinegar, ginger, bay leaf, and brown sugar. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour.
Skim off fat. Remove meatballs and kee Meatballs in chipotle sauce * See Sowest 2 for recipe. Prepare Chipotle Sauce and set aside. Mix
remaining ingredients together and shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
Heat sauce and meatballs to boiling; then reduce the heat. Cover and
simmer until meatballs are done, abou Jumbo meatballs PREHEAT oven to 375?F. Combine stuffing mix, water, egg and dressing until moistened. Add meat and cheese; mix well. Shape into eight 2-inch meatballs.
PLACE on greased baking sheet; spread with ketchup.
BAKE 30 min. or until cooked through (160?F).
Hungarian meatballs Prepare the basic meatballs and set aside. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the onions and cook and stir until they are tender. Add the cooked meatballs, 3/4 cup of water, the wine, caraway seed, paprika, marjoram leaves and salt. Heat to boiling Anthony's moutwatering meatballs Combine first 4 ingredients. Toss bread pieces with water and add to meat
mixture. Mix well. Add breadcrumbs to mix and then form into balls. Heat
oil in large frying pan, and add meatballs in a single layer and cook on
medium-high heat for 4 minu Kofta nakhod (meatballs and chick-pea) 1. Drain chick-peas in a colander, then grind them rather fine in a
processor. Mix everything together except water.
2. To prepare meatballs: Moisten hands w/cold water and prepare meat
& chick-peas balls 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Put the Albóndigas con picada de almendra (meatballs in an almond sause) 1. Make the meatballs by soaking the bread crumbs in the chicken broth. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Shape into 1 1/2 balls. Dust each meatball with flour.
2. On a heavy saucepan heat olive oil to medium-high. Brown meatballs on each side. Lower Hungarian meatballs ala kooknet Preheat oven to 400 F.
Combine all of the meatball ingredients, except the ground beef in a large bowl. Mix well. Add the ground beef, and knead until uniform. Shape mixture into 1 1/2" balls.
