6 sliced raw potato

Directions: Place a layer of potatoes in a buttered baking dish. Add minced onion. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and flour, and dot with butter. Repeat until al l ingredients are used. Pour hot milk over potatoes and bake at 350 for 1 hour to 1.25 hours. Variation: Add 1 cup grated cheese to the top of the potatoes 15 minutes before the cooking is completed.
