Ingredients:
1 large Package hash-brown potatoes
1 Can(s) Cream of potato soup
1 Can(s) Cream of celery soup
Directions: Mix together everything except parsley and paprika. Let sit until it mixes easily. Put into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle paprika and parsley on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
