1/4 Cup(s) tomato juice
2/3 Cup(s) lime juice (fresh)
1 salt and pepper; to taste
1/2 Teaspoon(s) dried thyme
1 Tablespoon(s) parsley; chopped
1 tomato; peeled, seeded, diced
1/4 Cup(s) cucumber; diced
1 clove garlic; minced
1/3 Cup(s) green pepper; diced
1/3 Cup(s) onion; chopped
1 1/2 Pound(s) fresh bay scallops; diced
