Directions: In a blender or food processor, grind and mix 1 slice fresh bread and parmesan cheese. Season scallions with salt & pepper and steam covered in 1/4" water. When done remove to gratin dish or oven safe casserole dish. Cover with 1 cup half & half and sprinkle bread and cheese mixture over the top. Bake at 450F. for 10 minutes.
