Ingredients: 1 small head savoy cabbage 2 Teaspoon(s) Cornstarch 1/4 Teaspoon(s) Paprika 1/8 Teaspoon(s) Garlic salt 1/8 Teaspoon(s) Ground white pepper 3/4 Cup(s) Milk 1/2 Cup(s) Shredded Swiss cheese 1 Tablespoon(s) Snipped fresh Dillweed |
Directions: Cut cabbage into six wedges. Place in a microwave safe baking dish.
Add 2 tablespoons water and sprinkle lightly with salt. Cover with
microwave safe plastic wrap and microwave on high power (100%) for 9
to 12 minutes, or until tender turning wedges over and giving the
dish a half turn once. Drain, leave cover on to keep warm. Combine
cornstarch, paprika, garlic salt and white pepper in a 2 cup glass
measure. Add milk. cook uncovered on high 3 to 4 minutes or till
thickened and bubbly, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in cheese
until melted. Spoon over cabbage sprinkle with dillweed. Each

Asparagus crepes with mushroom dill-sauce CREPES: Combine flour & salt in mixing bowl. Make a well in the
centre & pour in the soymilk & oil. Beat till smooth. Heat a 6 or
7-inch skillet. when hot, pour in 1/4 c of batter & tilt skillet till
it's evenly coated. Asparagus with red pepper sauce Peel the asparagus if necessary and cook the stalks in lightly salted
water for 4 to 8 minutes, depending on thickness, or until fork
tender but stiil firm. Drain under cold water and set the stalks
aside. Broil the peppers on all sides until l Aioli sauce #4 I find a recipe in my Encyclopedia of Cooking by JoAnna Morris for aioli.
Here it is: Remove the crusts from bread and soak in milk.

Turkey roulade: Remove skin from turkey breast with sharp knife. Slice in 4
slices. Between sheets of plastic wrap, lightly poun Cheddar cheese and brandy spread Grate cheese. Put in bowl of mixer with butter and beat until
blended. Add brandy and a small amount of water, if necessary, until
mixture is creamy and spreadable. Add pepper and pack into
well-washed container. Makes about 6 ounces of spread, en Karen's macaroni & cheese Cook macaroni until slightly chewy. Melt margarine, add flour and blend.
Add milk gradually, stirring constantly until thickened slightly. Remove
from heat. Add salt, pepper and cheese. Stir until thickened slightly.

Smoked cheese bread Fire up smoker and add a liberal amount of grape chips for best flavor.
Combine first four ingredients in blender for sixty seconds. Spread thin
layer on bread slices. Top each bread slice with a hefty hadndful of

Scald thick milk by baking it at 350-F for a few minutes; allow to remain
long enough to bake the curds. Drain off the water, put curds in an earthen

cloves, peeled garlic and 1/2 cup of the onions. Bring to a boil and simmer
