Savory Mashed Potatoes



Ingredients:
2 1/2 Pound(s) Potatoes, quartered
1/2 Cup(s) Milk
1/4 Cup(s) Butter
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Dried Basil
1 Teaspoon(s) Onion Powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Black Pepper
Directions: Place the potatoes in a large pot filled 3/4 full with water; cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender. Drain and place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
