Savory Couscous



Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon(s) Margarine or butter
1/4 Cup(s) Chopped red onion
2 Cup(s) Water
1 Teaspoon(s) Dried parsley flakes
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Seasoned salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Dried sage leaves
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Dried thyme leaves
1 1/3 Cup(s) Uncooked couscous
Directions: Melt margarine in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 1 minute or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add water, parsley, seasoned salt, sage and thyme. Increase heat to high; bring to a boil. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff lightly with fork before serving.
