Savory zucchini and tomato casserole 1. Peel and chop onion. Saute slowly in butter until soft.
2. Add drained tomatoes to pan. Heat, stirring. Place mixture to casserole dish.
3. Blanch and peel tomatoes. Slice 1/8 inch thick.
4. Rinse and slice zucchini 1/8 inch thick.
5. Layer to Carrot ginger cake Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift first 6 ingredients into a large
bowl. Mix the next 4 ingredients separately in a bowl, and then add
them to the dry ingredients in the large bowl. Do not over mix. Stir
in the carrots and raisins. (Optional: 1 cu Nacho chicken casserole * Line bottom of casserole with crushed tortilla chips. Mix remaining
ingredients, except cheese, and cover chips. Top with cheese. Bake at
350~ until cheese is bubbly. Can also heat in microwave. Serve with
spicy salsa.
Beef noodle casserole Brown beef in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring to break up meat. Drain off fat. Add drained beef to the cooked drained noodles; set aside.
