Saucy Brussels Sprouts



Ingredients:
2 Package(s) (10 oz.) Frozen Brussels Sprouts
1/2 Cup(s) Water Chestnuts
3 Ounce(s) Softened Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup(s) Milk
1 Teaspoon(s) Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Mustard
Directions: Thaw sprouts enough to separate; halve larger sprouts. Cook following package directions; don't drain. Add chestnuts; heat through. Blend cream cheese and milk. Add lemon juice, mustard, and a dash of salt; beat well. Stir over low heat until hot. Drain sprouts; pour sauce over them.
