Sizzling salsa steak sandwich In small bowl, mix picante sauce, sour cream and green onions.
Preheat grill. Season both sides of steak with cracked pepper. Grill
steaks over medium coals 6 to 7 minutes, turning after 4 minutes. (Or

until the mixture seems finely chopped, not smooth. Add the tomatillos and

Note: I use the cheapest catsup I can get at a warehouse grocery store. This BURNS EASIL! So keep heat low Hot salsa Put all but cornstarch liquid in 8 quart pot and bring to a boil,

Put in jars and process 15 minutes or freeze. Makes about 13 pints.
Don jose's salsa The recipe is loose, but you'll manage just fine by taste.
Don Jose's chefs hand-chop everything, but I manage just fine with my Braun
hand-held emulsifier -- even with the garlic. Leave some tomatoes a bit
chunky. My suggestion would be t Salsa verde (vtjs99b) * Also called Chinese Parsley or Fresh Coriander. In a small bow,
combine the tomatoes, onions, coriander, chili, garlic, salt and
pepper to taste. Mix gently, but thoroughly together. Taste for

tomatoes. put in blender with remaining ingredients and blend for a minute
or until smooth, unless you prefer your salsa chunky.

Budget shrimp salsa Drain shrimp. Rinse with cold water. Pat dry with paper towel. Finely chop
shrimp and mix with green onions, salsa and sour cream. Trim crusts from

Blend the chiles and water together in a food processor or blender

Bacon, avocado, and cheese omelets with tomato salsa jalapeno, the coriander, the lime juice, and salt and pepper to taste

Wicked kicking salsa 1 Cook the habanero or Scotch bonnet chilli over very hot coals or hold in a gas flame for a couple of minutes, rolling frequently with a fork until the skin blisters.
2 Place the chilli in a clean tea towel and rub it to remove the skin. Using a fork to Slow cooker salsa Cut a small slit in a couple tomatoes and insert garlic clove in slit. The salsa can be made ahead. Bring salsa ingredients to a boil. Simmer and
stir Spicy salsa verde & juniper berry marinade *Salsa verde can be found in the Mexican section of large grocery stores.
**Juniper berries can be found in the spice section of large grocery
stores.
In medium bowl stir together all marinade ingredients. Use to marinate 2
pounds meat (chi Judias verdes con salsa de tomate (green beans in tomato sauce) Sautee garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes, stirring. Add beans and cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in tomatoes with liquid from can and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer 25-30 minutes. Remo Chipotle salsa 1. Put the diced tomatoes, finely chopped garlic, and coarsely chopped cilantro in a blender or food processor.
2. Process the mixture until it is smooth, then add the chopped onion, sugar, lime juice, cumin, and salt to taste.
