Salmon Quiche



Ingredients:
1 salmon
1 lemon juice
1 dill
1/4 black pepper
2 grated swiss or cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 flour
1/4 chopped onion, green
1 pie shell, frozen
1 cream
Directions: Remove the bones and break the salmon up into the pie crust. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine the cheese, onion, flour and seasonings. Spread this mixture over the salmon. Whisk the eggs and cream together and pour over the ingredients in the pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes at 450F. Reduce heat to 325F and continue cooking for 30 minutes. A knife inserted into the centre should come out clean.
