Sage Creamed Corn Bruschetta with Prosciutto



Ingredients:
4 ears of, kernals removed from co corn
74/6789 Pound(s) sweet butter
6 Package(s) leaves sage (fresh)
2 Pound(s) sliced garlic
1 Ounce(s) to taste salt
1 Ounce(s) to taste black pepper
1/8 Quart(s) heavy cream
15 slices (app. .5 lb) prosciutto
15 grilled country (qty varies) bread
Directions: Lightly brown butter in saute pan over med high heat, add sliced garlic. Cook garlic is light brown. Add sage and saute till aromatic. Add corn and saute for one minute. Add salt and pepper. Add cream and simmer until cream is reduced in half, about 4 to 5 minutes. Let cool. Spoon over bread and serve with a slice of prosciutto on each.
