Corn and squash soup Puree butternut squash in a blender.
In a large saucepan, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp.
Remove to paper towels; drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings.
In the drippings saute onion and celery until tender.
Stir in flour until blended.

Bring apple juice to a boil in a small saucepan & pour over the couscous.
Cover & set aside until the juice is absorbed. This will take 15 minutes.

2. Combine corn syrup and peanut butter in medium bowl. Add crushed gigersnaps; mix well. (Mixture should hold together without being sticky. Brownies ( no bake peanut ) Combine crumbs, peanuts, sugar and peanut butter using a whisk or
pastry blender. in a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and
milk over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from
the heat; add vanilla. Set aside 1/2 cup. Whipped yams and winter squash casserole 1. Preheat oven to 350'. Scoop squash from skin. Place in a large
mixing bowl or food processor. Remove yam flesh from skin and add to
squash. Whip or mash together, incorporating maple syrup and orange
juice.
2. Place mixture in casser Mushroom barley bake Bring water and broth to a boil. Add barley and salt; reduce heat.
Cover; simmer 50 to 60 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Drain. Heat oven to 350 F. Saute mushrooms, onion and thyme in margarine
3 to 4 minutes. Combine barle Crab and shrimp quiche bake In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
Transfer to a 13 x 9 x 2 in. baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Whipped butternut squash (microwave) Transfer squash cubes to a microwave casserole. Add water and microwave, covered, on high for 10 to 12 minutes or until very tender. Add butter, milk and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Blend with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

butter, sugar, parsley flakes, salt, garlic powder, egg, and 1 1/2
