Directions: * See Sowest 2 for recipe. ** Cut spareribs into serving sized
pieces. Prepare Spicy Texas Barbecue Sauce and set aside. Heat oven
to 325 degrees F. Place pork spareribs, meaty sides up, on rack in
shallow roasting pan. Place lemon and onion slices on pork. Cover
and bake for 2 hours. Pour 2 cups of the Spicy Texas Barbecue Sauce
over pork. Bake uncovered, brushing with the sauce 2 or 3 times,
until done, about 2 hours longer. Heat any remaining sauce and serve
with the pork spareribs.

TRANSFER to outside grill and simmer uncovered for Sweet 'n' spicy onion glaze In small bowl, blend all ingredients. Use as a glaze for chicken, spareribs, kabobs, hamburgers or frankfurters. Brush on during the last half of cooking.

shallow nonreactive dish or resealable plastic bag. Add marinade; rub
gently into meat. Cover; refrigerate for length of time in "Marinating
Times" recipe, turning meat occas A dirt simple, plain, but tried and true texas chili recipe In keeping with all good recipes, measurements are pretty on the fly here.
Cube the beef into bite-sized chunks. Dice the bacon. Heat a large heavy
pot, fry the bacon until almost crisp. Scoop it out and set aside (so it

for about 3 minutes, or until translucent. Increase the heat to

hour.
To prepare the marinade combine the crushed garlic, ginger, soy, sugar and
sherry. Rub the marinade into the ribs and coat them well, put the ribs int
