Directions: In a large skillet, cook ground beef

onion until meat is browned
&

is tender. Then drain. Stir in beans, tomatoe sauce, taco seasoning mix,
&
3/4 c cheese. Sprinkle 2-1/2 c corn chips in bottom of 8x8x2 inch baking
dish. Cover chips w/beef mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Spread sour cream over chili. Top
with remaining corn chips and cheese. Bake 3 to 4 minutes longer.
Serves 6 to 8 people.

Chili our way Heat a griddle or cast-iron skillet over mod-high heat until it is hot.
Toast the chile peppers, turning them and not allowing them to burn, for
1-2 minutes. Let chile peppers cool until they can be handled, then seed
them. Combine peppers with 1 Blueberry cream salad Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Set aside to cool. Stir in pie
filling and lemon juice. Chill till partially set. Spoon half the gelatin
mixture into an 8+1/2 by 4+1/2 by 2+1/2-inch loaf dish. Chill till set.
