Ingredients: -1 1 Pound(s) smoked sausage or polska kielbasa, sliced beef, lite, or turkey 1 Cup(s) chopped onion 1 Can(s) tomatoes, crushed (28oz can) 2 cubes chicken bouillon 1 Cup(s) small pasta shells, uncooked (4 oz) 1 Can(s) kidney beans, drained (18oz) |
Directions: 1. In soup kettle or 4-quart saucepan heat oil over medium heat. Add
sausage and onion; saute 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add tomatoes (with juices), water and bouillon; bring to a boil
3. Add pasta and beans. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until
pasta is tender, about 15 minutes. Serve
