KEBOBS: Assemble kebobs on skewers, alternating Hillshire Farm Smoked
Sausage with peppers, fruit, and onions. (If using bamboo skewers,
soak skewers in water for at least 30 minutes prior to assembling
kebobs to prevent burning.)
Brush kebobs with half of glaze. Grill over medium coals for 5
minutes. Turn kebobs, brush on remaining glaze and continue grilling
about 5 minutes. Total preparation and cooking time: 20 minutes.

Chicken & andouille sausage gumbo Prepare seasoning mix. Remove skin from the 8 boneless chicken-breast
HALVES. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Place pieces on a baking
sheet; sprinkle liberally with seasoning. Let stand at room
temperature 30 minutes. Place flour in a plastic ba Barbecued smoked sausage and lima beans In heavy 9-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. With fork, pierce
sausages all over serveral times. Add sausages and onion, cook, turning
sausages and stirring onion occasionally, until lightly browned--about 4
minutes.
Add limas, tomatoes, Prosecco sangria (stone fruit) Stirr together fruits and peach brandy; let sit at least 1 hour. Stir in
prosecco and peach nectar. Add sugar if desired. Serve chilled.

9 minute fresh fruit pie In covered blender, blend 1 cup of fruit at high spped 30 seconds. In 2
quart saucepan, mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Add mashed fruit,
corn syrup, and lemon juice. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium
heat and boil one minute. Allbran fruit loaf Soak first four ingredients together for at least 1 hour. Mix the flour in
well, and put into a greased lined loaf tin and bake for approximately 1
hour at 180C (GM4 375F). The cake is delicious, and served in slices with a

Arrange lettuce on a large serving dish and top with vegetables and
