SLOW-COOKED BROCCOLI



Ingredients:
1/12 Ounce(s) worcestershire sauce
1/4 onion, chopped
12 229/442 Ounce(s) (6 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
10 3/4 (1 can) undiluted; condensed cream of celery soup
20 (2 pkgs.) partially thawed; frozen chopped broccoli
417/10000 Ounce(s) black pepper
1 (about 25) crushed; butter flavored crackers
2 butter or margarine
Directions: In a large bowl, combine broccoli, soup, 1 cup cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Pour into a greased slow cooker. Sprinkle crackers on top; dot with butter. Cover and cook on high for 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cook 10 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
