Adjust seasonings.
Roast turkey with corn bread-chorizo stuffing Wash turkey under hot water. Pat exterior and cavities completely dry with paper towels. Smear turkey with 4 Tbsp butter. Saute onions and celery in the remaining butter over medium heat until translucent. Remove with slotted spoon to a very large bowl. cold water 1 to 2 hours.
When ready to grill, place corn on gas grill over medium heat or on
charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals; cover grill. Cook 15 to 20

milk, then add shortening. Fold in egg until mixture is smooth.
Insert a toothpick into the end of each tiny wiener, toward the
middle, leaving one inch of pick exposed. Holding Bbq veggies~ roasted corn prepare corn by peeling back the husk( do not remove) and removing the
silk. If the husks feel dry, soak the whole ears in water for 15-30
minutes to replenish the moisture. Melt butter and combine with
chives and parsley. brush corn with bu Clam and corn chowder Make stock: cut kernels from cobs; set kernels aside. Slice 1 onion,
unpeeled, into 8 wedges, carrot, celery, peppercorns, bay leaf, thyme. Add
2 quarts water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, and cook 1
hour. Season with salt and pepper. St Corn meal muffins Grease 12 2 1/2-inch muffin cups. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into medium-sized bowl. Add
cornmeal and stir to mix well.
In small bowl, beat eggs with fork. Add milk and oil. Add all at once to
dry ingredients Chicken with corn and tomatoes 1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon hot oil.
2. Cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned. Remove from heat, set
aside and spoon off fat.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat to boiling.
4. Return the chicken breasts Scalloped potatoes ala joyce Mix together everything except parsley and paprika. Let sit until it
mixes easily. Put into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle paprika and
parsley on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Double apple corn muffins Stir together four, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt and set aside.
Combine eggs, applesauce, milk and oil; stir into dry ingredients just
until moistened. Add apple. Spoon into greased muffin pans filling 2/3
full. Bake in 425F oven 15 to 20 Thelma lou's corn custard > mayberry Grease a 6 cup casserole dish. In a large bowl combine the corn, eggs,
milk, sugar, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour into the prepared dish.
Combine the crumbs and melted butter, tossing well. Sprinkle over the corn
mixture. Bake in a 300F ove Skillet golden corn bread Pour cornmeal into boiling water; add shortening, sugar and salt. Mix well.
Stir in remaining ingredients; combine well. Spread in greased 8 inch
skillet; cover; cook over low heat for 12 minutes. Serves 6-8.
Mexican corn chip casserole In a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is browned and onion is tender; drain.
Add soup, corn and chilies; mix well.
In an ungreased shallow 3-qt. baking dish, layer meat mixture, corn chips and enchilada sauce; top with cheese.
Bake, uncover Ham and corn bread 1. Heat oven to 350°F . Put corn, eggs, ham, flour, cornmeal, onions, butter, milk, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl; stir until just combined. Pour into greased 8-by-8-inch baking dish.

powder, sugar and salt. Stir in milk and corn. Mix, then turn out onto a
floured surface. Knead lightly, then roll to about 1/2 inch in thickness.
