Directions: In a large skillet, heat the oil, half a teaspoon at a time and cook the
turkey in 4 batches over medium high heat for about 2 minutes on each side
or until cooked. Sprinkle with about half the salt and pepper. Remove from
the pan and hold in a warm oven. Turn the heat to high and pour in the
orange juice and lemon juice; stir in the currant jelly, tarragon and the
remaining salt and pepper. Boil until slightly thickened, about 4 minutes.
Stir in any juices that have collected around the turkey and boil for 1
minute. Remove the pan from the heat and swirl in the butter. Pour over

Worcestershire Sauce and Vinegar. Begin cooking over low heat.
Slowly stir in the water. Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well.

Enchilada sauce a la brenda Mix the chili powder with just enough water to make a smooth paste.
Then mix in the remaining ingredients and simmer. Easy!

(50%) power for 4 minutes; rotate the casserole 1/4 turn. Microwave 4

Heat oil in a large, heavy-bottomed saute pan and brown turkey on all
sides. Remove turkey and set aside. Add onion to pan and saute until
lightly browned. Add garlic, sesame seeds, Sloppy turkey spuds Pierce potatoes with tines of fork; microwave on HIGH 20 to 22
minutes until potatoes are fork-tender. Meanwhile, in large nonstick
skillet over medium heat saute turkey until no longer pink, about 6
minutes. Add onion, bell pepper and mushrooms; saute, Almond red sauce Place almonds in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in
blender container; cover and process until finely ground. Cook onion
and garlic in oil over medium heat, stirring frequently, until onion
is tender. Stir in remaining ingr Bechamel sauce (vegan) Blend the soymilk, water, cashews, and seasonings
in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a double boiler and heat.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small saucepan.
Add the flour to make a roux.

needs closer to an hour to get them really tender). Add more water

baking pan. Add gravy mix and water to bag. Squeeze bag to
blend ingredients. Sprinkle turkey breast with salt and pepper;
